All Sales Are Final

All purchases made at ICandypatchwork are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

ICandypatchwork is not responsible for items lost or delayed by the carrier. If you have a concern about your order, please contact us at infoicandypatchwork@gmail.com and we will do our best to help.

Prohibition of Resale

ICandypatchwork products are intended for personal use only. Commercial resale of our products without our express written consent is strictly prohibited.

• Order Monitoring — We reserve the right to monitor order patterns, including high-frequency purchases, bulk orders, or multiple orders being shipped to the same address.
• Order Cancellation — If we determine that an order is being placed for the purpose of unauthorized resale, we reserve the right to cancel that order immediately and without prior notice.
• Account Suspension — Any individual or entity identified as reselling our products will be permanently banned from our service. This includes suspension of accounts, blocking of email addresses, and blacklisting of shipping addresses or payment methods.

Purchase Limits

To ensure fair access for all customers, a maximum of 2 of the same item may be purchased per order.
